Jennifer Fogliano, AICP, joined the New Jersey Climate Change Resource Center in 2022 as a Senior Research Specialist. Previously, she worked as an environmental and transportation planner for the North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority, focused on issues of sustainability and resiliency, particularly climate change adaptation and mitigation in relation to the transportation system. Her planning career began in New York City, working as a planner for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, where she collaborated across government to improve mass transit for the city and the larger region. For nearly two decades, Jennifer has coordinated short and long-term plans and projects with government agencies and organizations (at the federal, state, regional, and local level), nonprofits, consultants, and the public. She has a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and a Master of Urban Planning from Hunter College, CUNY in New York.
