Zoë Linder-Baptie

Research Project Manager, Environmental Analysis & Communications Group

Zoë Linder-Baptie joined the Environmental Analysis & Communications Group (EAC) in September 2022 to support the MACH grant and lead stakeholder engagement in the Philadelphia, New Jersey and New York City regions. She graduated from the Bloustein School in 2018 with a Master of Public Policy and a Master of City and Regional Planning both focused on coastal resilience. Prior to returning to Bloustein, Zoë was the Assistant Director of Communication and Engagement at the Wharton Risk Management and Decision Processes Center, a Project Manager for the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority as well as a Planner Trainee for the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection’s Office of Coastal and Land Use Planning. Zoe credits her six years working in New Orleans, Louisiana after college for her understanding of the importance of public engagement and bridging the gap between science and policy. Zoë holds a BA in Urban Sociology and Environmental Studies from Hampshire College and lives in Philadelphia where she enjoys working on her new house, hiking in the Wissahickon and trying new food all around the city.
