About
We research community development, development and environmental impact analysis, economic development, historic preservation, housing, public finance, smart growth and transportation and infrastructure. We have developed a wide array of fiscal, environmental, transportation, and quality-of-life impact models that have been used in major public policy evaluations throughout the United States.
