The Environmental Analysis & Communications group provided support to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection in development of web-based guidance for municipalities to undertake environmental justice planning. The guidance is designed to provide municipalities with background, methods and strategies that can be used to develop municipal Environmental Justice Action Plans.
