Abigail Cohen designs and develops full-stack applications and tools around environmental research, state agency outreach, and community-oriented projects. In this role, she leverages data and user experience to translate complex information into accessible, actionable digital platforms. Her tech stack varies by project, but typically includes React, ArcGIS APIs, Node.js, Express, and relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL. Her work bridges technology and public policy to promote equitable, sustainable, and resilient communities across New Jersey and beyond. Prior to joining CUPR, she completed a dual degree in Computer Science and Environmental Studies from Rutgers University.
