Ali Naim Butt

Ali Naim Butt is a student of Master of Urban and Regional Planning at the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Policy, Rutgers University. He previously held a Master of Public Informatics (2020) degree from Rutgers University and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST), Pakistan. Ali has previously worked as a Research Assistant and Research Associate at the Center of Economic Research in Pakistan (CERP), focusing on developing evidence-based social and economic policy. Currently, Ali is working as a Graduate Assistant with Professor Wenwen Zhang at The Rutgers Center for Green Building. The project focuses to explore the feasibility of downscaling to the municipal level a building baseline for Maplewood’s, NJ existing building stock.
