A key focus in the Sustainable Raritan River Action Plan is addressing contamination and pollution in the Raritan Basin. This half-day workshop was designed to facilitate discussion of how municipalities, non-profits, and other interested parties can engage in the remediation and LSRP process and build remediation into their local planning efforts.

Sustainable Jersey and the Center for Urban Environmental Sustainability, the Center for Creative Land Recycling and the Association of New Jersey Environmental Commissions, NJDEP Site Remediation Program and other organizations focused on remediating and reusing damaged lands will discuss new developments, how to participate in the LSRP process, and will present relevant case studies.
